Yes, I have to say, I voted at 18, 2004, for the president only, didn't understand everything else on the ballot besides US representatives and Senate so just voted party line. I didn't necessarily understand the primary process at that point since it's different for R and D and didn't understand whatever was going on Howard Dean and why he wasn't on the November ballot. He seemed fine, he had all the hype so why was Kerry my only choice? For some reason at 18 I thought you were just presented a variety of democratic candidates come November.
