While the divorce was as mean as the marriage, once it was underway, and especially once it was over I was a new person. It hits hard at first, but fuck it is worth it if you can keep your chin up. Got sober and met my person a few months later (actually while the divorce was being finalized). Realized that a wedding shouldn't be blamed for faults in the relationship, but it sure can uncover them. Pro-tip: if you're fighting about the wedding, it's not about the wedding.

If you go into any famous chef's house I'll bet you $1000 there is a microwave somewhere. They're a useful piece of kitchen gear, even if you cook from scratch a lot. Do you NEED one? Probably not. But being able to melt, defrost, reheat, etc. quickly can be super helpful. If your shift manager at a grocery store wears khakis and a polo, a business suit just looks so out of place and like you are trying to assert some kind of dominance. The rule of thumb is to dress for the position directly above your own for an interview. Then you will be dressed better than expected for the position but not overdoing it. I’m a waitress. Each time a household (often with youngsters) is available in and trashes the place. Prefer it’s not unusual within the household restaurant I work in that it’s a great 10 minutes of cleansing for a desk once they’ve poured salt/sugar in every single place, drinks spilled everywhere in the ground, ripped up napkins/child wipes stuffed down the facet of the sales space (that doesn’t make it invisible!!!). How onerous is it to only eat your meal like a human. You wouldn’t do that in your personal residence so why is it okay simply because another person is cleansing up after you? We have to get the desk cleaned and prepared for the following group, it’s the worst when it’s a busy night time and i've individuals ready to be seated and that i’m actually selecting soggy napkins off the ground tiles and scraping meals off the wall.
